#4 – Bonanza Horseback Riding Party – 11 Riders ages 8 & up ($750)

PARTY PACKAGES INCLUDE: All equine party packages are 2-hour packages and include the use of one of our kids’ party areas depending on availability (Covered Arena Party Nook or EC Patio). Standard setup includes approx. 8 tables, seating for up to 45 guests, assorted field day games, bounce houses, your pony and/or horse option for rides, and 2 staff/wranglers for packages #1, #2, and #3, or Riding staff for package #4. Clients can bring personal decorations (tablecloths, centerpieces, party signs) to match the party theme or colors. Piñatas, real candles, glitter, sparklers, confetti, and loose sequins are not allowed. Hand-led pony rides are for children 3 years of age to approximately 7 or a max weight of 60-70 lbs. Hand-led horse rides are for children 6 years of age or older and our horses can carry riders up to around 200-240 lbs., depending on the size of the horse. Guests must complete a waiver and wear completely enclosed outdoor shoes. Helmets are provided.

PARTY TIMES & GUEST COUNT: Party times will vary seasonally and depending on the schedule. Standard time slot options are 10:30am-12:30pm, 11:00am-1:00pm, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm. Clients may arrive 30 minutes early to set up and have 30 minutes after the party to load up personal belongings. Party packages #1, #2, and #3 include 15 children and their 2 parents. Additional children (kids 3 years of age or older) are $15 each. For party option #4, The Bonanza Party, 11 riders ages 8 and up receive a private 30-minute horseback riding session. Guests will be divided into groups of 5 riders with the birthday person riding with both groups. Additional riders are $40/each. Staff approval is required 48 hours before your party date to confirm riders can be added.

STANDARD 2-HOUR PARTY SCHEDULE FOR PACKAGES #1, #2, & #3:

  • 30 minutes prior to the party start time: Client arrives to do personal setup & decorating.
    • Tablecloths, party decorations, food/snacks, drinks, cake/cupcakes, etc.)
  • Party Start Time: (All guests must complete a waiver upon arrival before doing activities. 1 Waiver/family.)
    • Pony and/or Horse options are available for hand-led rides with staff.
    • Bounce House Fun is available.
    • Field Day Games are available (bean bag toss, horseshoes, hula-hoops, jump ropes, large connect four)
    • Client’s food & drink options are available.
  • Last 30 minutes of the party – Cake Time and Gift Opening Time
  • Client has 30 minutes to pack up and load personal belongings after the end of the party.
